My name is Nancy, and I am a Chios Master and Reiki Practitioner.  From growing up on a family farm in Minnesota, to raising my family in the Chicagoland suburbs, I have had many personal experiences that helped shape me into the healer I am today.

Several years ago, I was a single mom and became seriously ill with a combination of different autoimmune diseases. I tried numerous medications per my doctors' requests, but they not only didn't help- they made my health worse.  Life became more and more difficult just getting out of bed and raising my two beautiful children.  So, I turned to Spirit for a helping hand. 

​

This is when I discovered Reiki energy healing.  It not only began my own healing journey, but also helped me to discover that I had the gift of healing while working alongside Spirit.  I was then given the wonderful opportunity to study with a Reiki Master so I could become a Practitioner.

​

As my journey continued, another energy modality crossed my path called Chios.  With time and guidance working with my Chios Master/Teacher, I progressed toward becoming a Master.  I am so grateful for the knowledge and connection to Spirit that I gained through their training.

With the fusion of these modalities, I have seen how impactful they can be to healing both humankind and animalkind.

​

As a volunteer with animal rescues in the Chicagoland area, I work with a variety of homeless pets to help ease their emotional pain and physical discomfort in order to improve their overall well-being.  After all, animals feel sorrow and pain from loss or abuse just as much as humans do- and sometimes more.  Whether it be from losing their caretaker, home, fur siblings or even being mistreated, all can create emotional and physical pain.  My ability to help these sweet creatures to move forward into a better life is very comforting and brings me much joy.

I also have had the honor of working with people on their own healing journeys.  My Reiki and Chios training helps to heal my clients from the mental blocks that trap them in fear, and resolve the feelings of being lost which stops them from moving forward in life.  With every client, Spirit and I work together to resolve their physical and emotional trauma, pain and/or illness.
